1. SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
This technical position reports to the Chief Technical Officer. He/She will Plan, carryout installations, maintenance and upgrades of Operating Systems and Applications to ensure high quality of services to ZAMREN member institutions.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: BEng/BSc in Computer Science, BSc IT or other closely related fields
a) Professional Qualification: MCSA, MCDBA, MCSE, SQL, LINUX or other related
certifications will be an added advantage.
• A valid Driver’s licence

Experience: Five (05) years practical experience as a Systems Administrator in a demanding large corporation, ISP or Telco organization. With demonstrated proficiencies in the following: DevOps, Programming/Scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Java, Ruby), virtualization technologies, and implementation of information security policies.

2. CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

MAIN JOB PURPOSE
Identify, store, analyze and present operational data and reports on services offered and delivered by ZAMREN, client service utilization, demands and expectations for resource utilization, mobilization and decision making processes. In addition, the job incumbent will liaise with
clients and perform regular industry benchmarking and assessment of business opportunities and risks.

MAIN JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor and analyze incident reports and establish statistics on faults/service outage.
• Identify or monitor current and potential customers’ needs, using business intelligence tools.
• Maintain cordial client relations and attend to, or, if possible resolve client problems.
• Synthesize current business or trend data to support recommendations for action.
• Promote and market ZAMREN services, conduct or coordinate client-satisfaction surveys to
determine effectiveness of delivery of services.
• Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to management team.

QUALIFICATIONS
• BSc/BA Business Administration
• Diploma in Customer Relations
• 5 years minimum of work experience involving business analytics and Marketing
•A valid Driver’s licence
